While rendering legal services, our philosophy is always to set the pointer to “11” instead of “10” which is generally used to indicate the highest level in most of the indicators. This philosophy, which is also incorporated into our logo both symbolically and graphically, has two different meanings and reflections. The first one is maintaining the level of performance in our services above all expectations and aiming one level higher each time, and the second one is to not limit our services to legal services only and extending them beyond that. 

In this respect, AYKAN&CO, in order to provide the legal solution requested from it in relation to a certain matter or transaction, especially considers the spirit and the background of the enterprise, the dynamics and characteristics of the sector in which the enterprise operates, the manner in which the enterprise carries out its activities, the intended purpose of a certain act or transaction and the resources used by the enterprise to achieve such purpose, and all other matters together, and creates solutions by not only approaching to matters and transactions legally, but also considering them from tax, financial, technical and commercial standpoints.
